Pathfinder Farm Distillery Featured on MPT, Food Trucks, and New Spring Cocktails!

Howdy Pathfinders! Wow! It really feels like spring is upon us! Here at the farm, the grass is starting to green up, and we've got our corn seed cleaned and ready for planting. We're shaking the dust off our tents and getting ready for the farmers markets to open in...

whiskey finished beef

After distilling a batch of fine corn whiskey the spent mash is cooled and fed to our herd of beef cattle on the farm. The mash still has lots of available nutrition and makes a great feed. Our beef cattle have continuous access to pasture and are supplemented with hay in the winter.  Our beef cattle also fertilize the field helping the pastures grow green and lush. The way we raise our cattle results in a tender, well marbled steak for our family and yours to enjoy!
