Farmers Market Week August 7-13, 2022
This week is National Farmers Market Week! To celebrate, we’re giving away a pour topper with each purchase of two jars or bottles!
This week’s farmers market lineup is:
Tuesday: Boonsboro 4-7 pm
Wednesday: Washington County Farmers Market in Hagerstown 3-6 pm
Saturday: Myersville 9-noon, Frederick 10am-1pm
Watches and Whiskey
Come visit us in downtown Hagerstown this August 7 from noon-5 pm. For a $10 entry fee you can taste spirits from Meinelschmidt Distillery, McClintock Distilling, Shmidt Spirits, Inkwell Whiskey (made with Pathfinder Farm Distillery’s Bloody Butcher Corn), and Twin Valley Distillers.

Corn Update
Our signature Bloody Butcher Red Corn is now over 10 feet tall and ears are starting to show! Uncle Nate took the farm kids on a walk and checked on the growth. Some stalks have one or two ears growing, and the baby corn tastes delicious fresh off the stalk.
Brandy
We’ve been busy for the past 3 weeks distilling and barreling brandy. The distillery has a fresh fruity aroma from opening and distilling thousands of bottles of wine. Now we’ve got over 200 gallons of brandy in barrels aging in large oak barrels which we’ll age for at least a year. Last year we started out by distilling brandy and we will be releasing this fall. The grapes for our first release were grown at Uncle Karl’s farm, Frogeye Vineyard, just down the road from us.

Moonshine Soap
We’re got a new batch of Moonshine Soap in from our friend Dana at Cedarwood Soap! Apple Pie, Blueberry, Orange Cranberry and Red Corn Scrub! They’re all made with ingredients from our farm, either the fruit or our Red Corn.
