40 lb Beef Butcher Box

Our 40lb butcher box includes:

Steak: 8-9 lbs

Steakums, stew meat, and cube steak: 3-4 lbs

Roasts: 8-9 lbs

Ground Beef: 21-22 lbs

Retail pricing by the cut at the farmers market would be around $498 by Uncle Nate's calculations and by buying in bulk you can save $100. Each butcher box is available for $395 with on-farm pickup. All beef is vacuum sealed at our local USDA Certified Butcher.
