12 lb Beef Butcher Box

Our 12lb butcher box includes:

Steak and Roasts: 6 lbs
Nitrite and Nitrate Free Hot Dogs: 1 lb (8 pack franks)
Hamburger Patties: 1 lb (4 pack 1/4 lb patties)

Ground Beef: 4 lbs

Retail pricing by the cut at the farmers market would be around $148 by Uncle Nate's calculations and by buying in bulk you can save $28. Each butcher box is available for $120 with tasting room or on-farm pickup. All beef is vacuum sealed at our local USDA Certified Butcher.
