Quarter of Beef Preorder

Deposit on quarter-side of pasture-raised, whiskey-finished beef.  Next available dates are at the end of July 2023.

Reserve your quarter beef with a $100 deposit. The average hanging weight for a beef quarter has been 180 lbs. $3.60/lb going to Pathfinder Farm and variable cost based on cuts going to the butcher (based on cuts and weight).

If you'd like a half beef, place 2 in your cart, or for a whole beef place 4 in the cart and pay online.

We get the best cuts of steaks and roasts with some stew meat and hamburger. We prefer our steaks cut one inch thick and half of the ground beef in burger patties.

We try to accommodate customers who want cuts from the front and rear quarters of the beef and do split quarters, or go in with friends and get a half and split the cuts amongst yourselves.
