750ml Bourbon Batch #2 Gift Set. Pull a sample from the barrel to try before you buy, then fill your own 750ml bottle! The gift set includes one handcrafted bottle of bourbon and two cups presented in a wooden crate, reminiscent of those used by moonshine runners to transfer their wares. The purchase price is $220 including tax and must be picked up at the farm. Purchase is limited to one per order. Pickup begins Saturday, November 19 at 10:00 am during the Valley Craft Network Studio Tour.

Uncle Nate’s been talking about the second bourbon release for a while now and since it’s batch #2 he wanted to make it extra special. The release date is November 18 during the Valley Craft Network Studio Tour. The second release is pure bloody butcher corn whiskey and was aged 21 and a half months in a new 30-gallon charred oak barrel. To commemorate our second batch, and because the release coincides with the Valley Craft Network Studio Tour we wanted to use a special hand-crafted bottle again from Dirk Martin’s studio at Foxcross Pottery. This year's bottle is reminiscent of the shape of our original copper pot still with a handle. Over sips of fine corn whiskey and fruit-infused moonshine, a friendship and plan developed to collaborate on a special release as a part of the Valley Craft Network Studio Tour.
