The bourbon whiskey we’ve produced is truly my passion project. It is a great taste of Western Maryland because of the heritage variety of Corn, Bloody Butcher, that we grow on my family farm. The Appalachian Mountain Springwater, which has a source on our farm is full of minerals, tastes great and is the foundation for great whiskey. Freshly distilled and in the clear off the still, our whiskey is sweet and corny with a buttery finish from the variety of yeast and higher temperature open top fermentation. Aging in small barrels develops the complex flavors of caramel, vanilla and delicate baking spices like clove and cinnamon. Now we’re bottling this single barrel release of Bloody Butcher Bourbon. Each barrel yields around 110 bottles and is presented at 100 proof for your sipping pleasure. Raise a glass with friends and enjoy! 弄
