It’s hard to believe that it’s already Labor Day Weekend! We hope you get some time off with friends and family to celebrate. Audrey will be at the farm Saturday from Noon-5:00 slinging cocktails and we’ll have happy hour from noon-2:00 with half-price cocktails!
To better serve you, the farm is closed Sundays. Our regular hours are by appointment Sunday-Friday and open Saturdays from noon-5:00.
Food Truck Festival
We are excited for next weekend at the Boonsboro Food Truck Festival! Audrey will be Slinging Shine cocktails and bringing bottles for purchase to take home. She’s crafted two new cocktails for this year’s festival:
Spiked Peach Sweet Tea made with Daily Driver
Moonshine Mojito
We will also be serving the hometown favorites Redneck Margarita and Blueberry Lemonade Moonshine Cocktails from noon-6:00 in Shafer Park in Downtown Boonsboro.
Maryland State Fair
Kurt, Angela and Uncle Nate are at the Maryland State Fair pouring samples of our Moonshines. Stop by our tent in the Exhibition Hall near the carnival midway and enjoy a tasting or grab a cocktail. We’re slinging drinks daily until 8:00 pm. If you’re wearing Pathfinder Farm gear get your cocktail for half off.
Boonsboro Tasting Room
We’ve been working on moving tastings from the farm to a new in-town tasting room in Boonsboro and we’re almost done! Dan Rudy from Woodendeavor did an excellent job on our new bars! We can’t wait to share comfortable sips of shine with you year-round! We’re working on the final touches and anticipate opening sometime in October.
Are you grilling/smoking this Labor Day? Grab a 40lb box full of burger, steaks and roasts Saturday afternoon at the farm.
Corn Update
Our signature Bloody Butcher Corn is in the dough stage of development. This means that the kernels are finishing filling out and have a doughy consistency. The color has started to change from white, yellow, and orange to red. We look forward to November when Farmer Lorn can come in with his big combine harvester to pick and shell the corn and then we’ll get to work all winter making fine corn whiskey!
Just like every jar, we send this update With Love and Kindness,
The Kraft Family
