Howdy Friends! We love meeting you at farmer’s markets and on the farm sharing sips of our moonshine cocktails with you!
You’ve been asking for the secret Pathfinder Farm Cocktail Recipes since we first started sharing tastes with you. The recipes are simple, so here we do it!
They all start in a short rocks glass (hey, like the ones we sell at the farm with our logo on ’em). Start off by twisting on one of our pour tops so you don’t spill a drop, then turn it upside down with a slow one, two, three count for about an ounce and a half pour of your favorite ‘shine. Next, top up with the mixers. It’s up to you how strong you make it, but the cocktails we serve at the farm are 1 parts Pathfinder Farm Moonshine to 2 parts mixer. The final step is a little stir to combine the ingredients. The best part comes last, sippin’!
Apple Pie a la Mode: One part Apple Pie Moonshine topped up with two parts cream soda.
Blueberry Lemonade: One part Blueberry Moonshine topped up 2 parts with two parts lemonade. We love the Simply ® brand lemonade because it’s made with great natural ingredients like our moonshine.
Country Cosmo: A redneck twist on the classic Cosmopolitan. One part Orange Cranberry Moonshine with one part Cranberry Juice Cocktail and one part Orange Seltzer.
Redneck Margarita: One part Pathfinder Farm Red Corn Moonshine and two parts Limeade. We use the Simply ® brand limeade at the farm for our Redneck Margarita. If you want to go fancy, grab a bottle of our Cocktail Crate Margarita Mix, then it’s a Top Shelf Redneck Margarita!
For the BrewShine drinkers, mix it up like a gin and tonic, sip it neat in a Pathfinder Farm Glencairn glass, or fortify your beer like a boilermaker!
Daily Driver lovers sip it neat, on the rocks or as a cocktail. Daily Driver is a bit stronger at 100 proof and it’s a great sippin’ or mixin’ whiskey every day of the week. We have Sour Mix and Old Fashioned mix where you pour a 1.5 ounce shot and mix 50/50 for sour on ice or a splash of the old fashioned mix.
